The Focus 199 is a hand held UHF remote control and receiver for controlling stage lighting. It is designed to save time and manpower during fit-ups and the focusing of lamps. This current model will control up to 199 DMX channels with a range of between 50 to 200 metres.

Controls 199 Channels
Soft start on channel activation
Set multiple channels at once
Simple single step channels (next & previous)
Single key black-out
One scene memory (199 channels)

The components in the system are...
The Remote consists of 10 simple keys and a 3 digit display.
The Receiver consists of DMX In, DMX Out, Antenna and a 9v DC power socket
The Remote operates on 433.92MHz and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Requiring a standard 9v battery, the Remote will automatically turn itself off if not used for 10 minutes. The unit also comes supplied with a safety clip.
Simplicity of operation is one of the major advantages of the Focus 199
The Receiver will merge the levels received from the Remote into the system, with the 'highest taking precedence' for each channel. For normal use, the lighting desk is connected to the receiver's DMX In, providing the convenience of using the Remote and desk together whenever required. DMX Out obviously connects to the dimmers.
Note that the DMX In has an internal terminating resistor. If the receiver loses power, the DMX In socket is automatically connected directly to the DMX Out socket.
Always operate and store the units within -10C to +55C, otherwise RF may incur permanent damage.
The Focus 199 comes with a 12 month parts and labour warranty. Please return to place of purchase for repair.
